Two business administration students at the University of Skövde are currently writing their bachelor’s theses. In their study, they are examining how people from ethnic minority backgrounds experience diversity initiatives and inclusion in their daily work lives, particularly within the public sector in Sweden.
For this thesis and study, we are seeking individuals with an Assyrian/Syrian background who work in the public sector and are willing to participate in an interview. The interview will take approximately 45 minutes and will focus on the participants’ own experiences with diversity and inclusion in the workplace. The interview will be conducted online or in another format that suits the participant.
All data is treated confidentially in accordance with established principles of research ethics.
